Who does your printing?
While we do all of our design in-house, we don’t do our own manufacturing. We partner with expert printers for all of our products.

What type of printing process is used on your clothing?
We use DTG (Direct to Garment) printing process for T-Shirts.

What is DTG Printing?

DTG (Direct to garment) printing is a process by which garments are printed directly from a computer using advanced inkjet technology. While the inks and hardware are different than your routine desktop printer, the artwork is used and the method of printing from your PC is essentially the same. Gone is the need to produce or reduce our artwork to a small number of colors to meet the limitations of printing by screens.

What should I do when I get my order?
We highly recommend with any new apparel garments like t-shirts, pants, etc… that you wash it before wearing it regardless of where you purchase your products from including but not limited to other online stores, and department stores. You don’t know exactly what has happened to the garment while sitting on the shelf at a store. Just be safe and wash it!

How should I wash my item?

  • T-Shirts
In order for you to prolong the life of your custom print, we suggest following the care instructions below:Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.Be wary of washing and drying on a high setting, especially when the garment is 100% cotton. High-temperature washes can fade and crack the print, and a high-temperature dryer settings can shrink the garment, as well as damage the print.
  • Tote Bags

Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.

The color of my shirt/print doesn’t look exactly like online?
Monitor/phone screen color calibrations are slightly different from screen to screen and a slight difference may be noticed. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual item you will receive. We do our very best to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match.

My item has a slight vinegar smell or a yellowish tint to it?
When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual – it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash.
